When you heard the word Avocado, you will feel the tastiness of that delicious fruit. This is one of the famous fruits all over the world since its taste and healthiness. This is a fruit with plenty of nutrient benefits. Our body needs lots of nutrients for various functions. You can get most of these nutrients when you eat avocado. It contains Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin K1, Vitamin B6, and carbohydrate. But some people avoid eating avocado since they think that it provides a high amount of calories and cholesterol.

  • More potassium than a banana

Potassium is one of the primary nutrients that use for body functions. But most people suffer from potassium deficiency. People believe that banana contains a large amount of potassium, but researchers have found the avocado has more potassium than a banana.
